Our financial assistance programs for medical students are made possible through the generosity of MAA members. However, Leadership donors set the highest standard in giving. They ensure that the tradition of supporting the next generation of doctors established in 1890 never wavers.    

Recognized in MAA Matters and on this website, Leadership donors make a single annual gift of $1,200 or cumulative gifts equalling the same amount throughout the year. This includes members who make a monthly gift of $100.

Leadership giving supports bursaries, scholarships, and awards that recognize student excellence. They also fund international health selectives and grants for travel to clinical electives. Most importantly, Leadership donors provide a vital resource for medical students who look to the MAA for assistance in completing their education in medicine.
